Spicy Almonds:
1 6oz bag of Whole Almonds
2 oz Off Road ^forest Fire
In a small bowl toss almonds and about 1 oz of forest fire until they are nicely coated. Bake in a 250º oven for about 20 minutes, until the hot sauce is dry. Toss the almonds once again with the remaining ounce of sauce and then bake again for another 20 - 30 minutes until the nuts are thoroughly dried. Let them cool and place in an air tight container. These have been a big hit.
Best Buffalo Chicken:
I've been asked for recipes for Buffalo Chicken (wings) and have told everyone who's asked there really is no recipe. Just fry your chicken as you would normally, then place the pieces in a bag (zip-loc) with Off Road Fire. Shake the bag to coat the pieces with sauce and consume. Super easy and super tasty. Our favorite is the camp fire, but the forest fire is equally good.
